Return & Refund Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  
• Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customised Items
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items
    

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
  

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  
• For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
